Ardova Plc, a leading player in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector, has entered into a bulk purchase agreement with Dangote Refinery to ensure a stable supply of petroleum products at competitive prices. The framework positions Ardova Plc as a major off-taker from the refinery, reinforcing its role in delivering affordable energy solutions across Nigeria.
This new arrangement formalises the existing collaboration between the two companies, further strengthening competition and efficiency in the industry. It aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s vision of fostering a competitive and efficient downstream sector.
According to Grant Onome, Head of Brands and Corporate Communications at Ardova Plc, the agreement underscores the company’s commitment to delivering quality products nationwide at competitive prices, leveraging the advanced capabilities of Dangote Refinery.
Ardova Plc is a leading Nigerian energy company with over 700 retail outlets and substantial storage facilities in Lagos, Rivers, and Delta states. The company is engaged in the distribution of petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), as well as the production of premium lubricants at its Lagos blending plant. Ardova Plc also serves as the exclusive distributor of Shell Engine Oils and Lubricants in Nigeria.
