Khvicha Kvaratskhelia netted his first goal for Paris Saint-Germain, while Ousmane Dembele continued his red-hot form with a brace as the Ligue 1 leaders cruised to a 4-1 victory over Monaco on Friday.
Vitinha gave PSG an early lead, but Denis Zakaria quickly equalised for the visitors at the Parc des Princes.
Kvaratskhelia restored the advantage early in the second half with a sublime finish, marking his maiden goal since arriving from Napoli last month for €70 million.
Dembele, the league’s top scorer, then put the game beyond doubt, netting twice to bring his tally to 16 goals this season—eight of them coming in his last three matches.

The result leaves PSG 13 points clear at the top of the table ahead of Marseille’s trip to Angers on Sunday, while Monaco sit third, 16 points behind the leaders.
Adding to PSG’s celebrations, the club confirmed on Friday that head coach Luis Enrique has signed a contract extension until 2027. Defenders Achraf Hakimi, Vitinha, and Nuno Mendes also committed their futures to the club until 2029.
“From day one, the club has shown confidence in me. I am happy to have this support,” Enrique said.
Meanwhile, Monaco coach Adi Huetter acknowledged PSG’s dominance, calling them “one of the best teams in Europe” and a “serious candidate for the Champions League.”
PSG now turn their focus to Tuesday’s Champions League knockout round play-off first leg against Brest, while Monaco will prepare to host Benfica in their European clash.
