Omowunmi, the wife of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has launched her first business venture, more than a year after her husband’s passing.

In an emotional message shared on the official page of her new brand, Omowunmi reflected on the challenges she has faced since her husband’s untimely death.

She described the emotional toll of stepping into the dual role of both mother and father to their son, Liam, and the struggles of moving forward in the thick of uncertainty.

Omowunmi revealed that sleepless nights filled with doubt often weighed on her, but she drew strength from the love and encouragement of fans. This resilience, she said, has inspired her latest endeavour: “Cee. Hairven”, a premium hair brand born from her journey of pain, perseverance, and passion.

The debut collection, named “The Liam Luxe”, pays tribute to her son and the hope they’ve built together. Each wig in the collection is crafted with premium materials and infused with care, symbolising beauty, strength, and resilience.

Sharing her thoughts on the launch, Omowunmi wrote:

“I never imagined I’d be here, sharing this journey with you all. Life after my husband’s passing has been a whirlwind, stepping into the roles of both mum and dad for Liam while figuring out how to move forward seemed impossible at times,” she said.

“This isn’t just a business; it’s a reflection of my journey, my strength, and my commitment to making you feel beautiful and confident,” she added.

Fans and supporters have flooded her page with messages of encouragement, applauding her courage and determination. Many have pledged to support “The Liam Luxe Collection”.
