U.S. President Donald Trump has said that both Iran and Israel violated the ceasefire agreement, just hours after he brokered the truce between the two countries.

Speaking to reporters, Trump expressed disappointment with the Israeli government, stating, “I’m not happy with Israel. Not happy with Iran either… but really unhappy with Israel.” He added that Israel had “unloaded” shortly after agreeing to the ceasefire.

Following the renewed hostilities, Israel vowed to respond forcefully to what it described as Iran’s breach of the truce. “In light of Iran’s blatant violation of the ceasefire, I have instructed the IDF to continue intense operations targeting regime assets and terror infrastructure in Tehran,” said Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz.

Footage circulating online shows that Israel destroyed the Mianrahan Emergency Medical Centre in Kermanshah, damaging ambulances and the facility itself. A doctor, two medics, and several patients were injured. Israel also reportedly targeted Farabi Hospital and several agricultural centres.

In a related development, inmates at Tehran’s Evin Prison have been relocated to other facilities within the province following a precision strike on the prison by Israeli forces. Families of the inmates have been informed of their new locations.
