104 ISWAP Fighters, Families Surrender to Nigerian Troops (News Central TV)

Not less than 104 fighters of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) and their families have surrendered to troops of 25 Task Force Brigade, Damboa, Borno State.

The insurgents and their families numbering 104 comprising 22 males, 27 females, and 55 children surrendered to the troops on Saturday February 5, 2022. Recall, on November 24, 2021, several ISWAP insurgents of ages 13 to 22 surrendered to the troops.

The surrendered members were identified as; are Umoru Gadagada (13); Bello Hassan (18), Abdullahi Idrisa (12); Sa’adubSaleh (15); Shuaibu Ahmodu (22).
