‘Whatever happens, happens,’ says Cameroon’s Joel Embiid on his future with Sixers

Cameroonian NBA star Joel Embiid says he wants to end his career with his career Philadelphia 76sers, despite some commentary circulating around the League of him getting traded.

Embiid’s 76ers were knocked out in the first round of this year’s NBA Play-offs, losing 4-0 in the series to Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference.

And on Monday, head coach Brett Brown was sacked, fueling more speculation about possible changes to the team, especially the much talked about partnership between Embiid and his Sixers co-star Ben Simmons, a combination that continues to come under intense scrutiny both on and off the court.
