BREAKING: Members of Baptist Church Regain Freedom After Months in Captivity

The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna State Chapter, Reverend Joseph John Hayab has confirmed the release of sixty members of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Kakau Daji, Kaduna

The suspected bandits stormed the church on October 31 during a service and kidnapped more than 60 members of the Baptist Church in Kaduna, North west Nigeria.

A few days later, they murdered three of the victims, leaving two critically injured after demanding ransom.

Hayab added that nine other abducted persons from a different village were also released alongside the church worshippers on Friday evening.
