    The 40th Ordinary Session of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Committee of Ambassadors (CoA) has on Monday October 3, commenced in Djibouti.

    Ambassador Rahma Elobied presided over the morning session.

    The Committee is an important policy organ of the organisation that mobilises diplomatic & financial resources for the smooth functioning of the IGAD Secretariat.
