Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has replaced Social Activist Maryam Shettima Ibrahim, known as Maryam Shetty. This was revealed when Senate President Godswill Akpabio read out a letter by the President at Friday’s plenary session.
Tinubu replaced the Kano ministerial nominee, Maryam Shetty with two others including Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo as minister.
Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure, a medical Doctor and former Commissioner for Higher Education in Kano State under Governor Ganduje replaces Maryam Shetty.
Maryam Shetty who is 44-year-old is a physiotherapist and a passionate social entrepreneur.
