The 2023 edition of West Africa’s largest healthcare exhibition event has kicked off in grand style.
Medic West Africa marks its 10 years of showcasing Nigeria’s and the region’s healthcare solutions to the rest of the world. The three-day multi-disciplinary laboratory congress and exhibition runs from September 26 to 28.
The annual event hosted by Medic West Africa puts forward the latest global medical advances and concepts in the health sector, attracting regional and international healthcare professionals.
Last year’s edition hosted 3,260 healthcare professionals from 84 countries and facilitated business deals worth $30 million, according to the Exhibition Director, Medic West Africa, Tom Coleman.
The Medic West Africa opening ceremony had the Special Adviser to President of Nigeria on Health Dr Salma Anas, the Lagos State Health Commissioner Prof. Akin Abayomi, and host of other notable dignitaries in attendance.
