Unilever Ghana has named Chris Wulf-Caesar as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking his return to the company where his career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry began.
Wulf-Caesar’s appointment signals a significant milestone for Unilever Ghana and highlights the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and driving sustainable growth.
His journey with Unilever started as a management trainee, during which he gained hands-on experience across every department, from working on the factory floor packing soap to overseeing plantations.
Wulf-Caesar went on to have a distinguished career in Africa’s consumer goods sector. He held key leadership roles at companies like Accra Brewery Limited , where he revitalised Ghana’s flagship beer brand CLUB. His strategic vision and marketing acumen also proved invaluable at FrieslandCampina Nigeria as Cluster Marketing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa.
Expressing his sentiments on returning to Unilever Ghana, Wulf-Caesar said: “I am truly honoured and humbled to come back to Unilever Ghana as CEO. This isn’t just a career milestone but a homecoming.”
