Dr. Mohammed made this known at the Executive Management Meeting held at the Head Office in Abuja. He stated that the company’s decision demonstrates its commitment to fair compensation, enhanced workforce satisfaction, and economic stability.
The GMD said adopting the new National Minimum Wage will ensure all employees receive fair rewards for their contributions, reflecting the company’s recognition of its employees’ value and dedication. He disclosed that the introduction of the new minimum wage brings numerous benefits, including improved financial security and job satisfaction for employees, as well as increased productivity and motivation. He explained that it would also reduce employee turnover and recruitment costs, thereby enhancing stability for the organisation.
The Group Managing Director added that Thinklab Group’s decision also contributes to a healthier economy by reducing income inequality, increasing purchasing power and demand for goods and services, and stimulating local businesses and economic growth.
