Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune have jointly declared their opposition to foreign interference in Sudan and Libya, advocating instead for internal political solutions to stabilize the nations.
The two leaders met at Cairo’s Ittihadiya Palace, where they emphasised the importance of establishing governments in both countries to prepare for elections and support long-term stability.
Al-Sisi highlighted Egypt’s commitment to supporting Libya in forming a government capable of leading the nation towards legitimate elections and stability.
Both presidents also expressed their calls for a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon.
