Nigerian troops of Operation Safe Haven (OPSH) rescued 25 abducted victims on Tuesday and neutralised three bandits in Kauru Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria.
The operation, named Golden Peace, targeted miscreants responsible for current insecurity in the axis. The military’s swift intervention highlights ongoing efforts to restore peace and stability to the region.
Intelligence sources told our reporters that, the operation commenced around 6:00 a.m., hitting key bandit hideouts in places like Rafin Gora, Liberec Gari, Ruwan Sanye, Randa, and Libere Makaranta.
