Nigeria’s Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has demanded an immediate crackdown on those responsible for the explosion at the Nganzai Divisional Police Headquarters in Borno State that killed two police officers.

The IGP expressed sympathy to the families of the fallen officers and promised them that their benefits and entitlements would be promptly paid, according to a statement released on Friday by Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer.
