Ghanaian award winning actress Yvonne Okoro has been unveiled as the new brand ambassador for Kaiser German Kitchens & Appliances.
However, details of the deal haven’t been made public yet, but latest photos in circulation captured the “Contract” actress and producer endorsing Kaiser, a high-quality German kitchen appliance and kitchen cabinet brand that provides all solutions, whether it be individual kitchens, wholesale distribution, or bulk orders.
The news was revealed as the actress took to her Instagram page to announce it with a the caption;
“Absolutely delighted to be part of the Kaiser team..So many fantastic kitchen cabinet and appliances ..Visit @kaiserghana .. Thank me later!!!”
The company is a family owned business which started in central Berlin, Germany in 1995 producing and specialising in the highest quality and revolutionary designs of kitchens and appliances. Since then Kaiser has won several prestigious awards in Germany such as the ‘Brand award winner’ for best innovation designs for the years of 2017-2018.
Kaiser was incorporated in Ghana in 2014 and has since grown into a market leader in distribution of high-end appliances, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and walk-in closets. In February 2016, Kaiser was launched in Ivory Coast and has since been expanding there successfully.
It’s major activities in Ghana including signing Yvonne Okoro, the four times Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCAs) winner.
She still remains one of the most celebrated actresses of her generation.
Chinyere Yvonne Okoro is a Ghanaian-Nigerian actress. Born to a Nigerian dad and Ghanaian mother, Yvonne Okoro is of mixed lineage and calls herself an African. Yvonne Okoro is from Amankalu Alayi in Abia State, Nigeria.
She received Ghana Movie Awards Best Actress Award in 2010 and was nominated for Africa Movie Academy Awards Best Actress twice in a row in 2011 and 2012 for her movies Pool Party and Single Six. She has also received four Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award and in 2012 was honoured with a Distinguished Achievement Award at the Nigeria Excellence Awards.
She made her screen debut in Sticking to the Promise, a 2002 movie produced by the Nigerian producer Theo Akatugba, just after her Senior High Education. She also played a cameo role in the hit series Tentacles by the same producer for Point Blank Media Concepts.
She’s currently the host of Dinning with Cooks and Braggarts. Cooks and Braggarts is a celebrity cooking show that features well-known figures to mint their hands on how they cook their favorite foods while bespeaking about various topics.
She made it known to Accra based radio Peace FM that she owns her own company Desamour Company Limited. As well as other transport business. In 2019, she donated to the Black queens of Ghana ahead of the 2019 WAFA tournament. At the start of 2020, she also donated some items to maternity ward of the Korle bu Teaching Hospital.
