Guinea‘s opposition has threatened to stage anti-military protests against the country’s interim government due to bad administration.
This comes days after the opposition demanded that the military junta publish a list of all its members for the sake of openness.
The transition, according to the National Front for the Defence of the Constitution (FNDC), is off track.
Guinea’s transitional period has yet to be determined.
A memo recommending a four-year transition was released, but authorities made no comment.
The opposition wants to know who is part of the junta and how long the transition will last.
It compared the coup in Burkina Faso, which occurred four months after the one in Guinea, and which resulted in the formation of a committee and the drawing of a transition timeline.
