Security operatives have arrested the suspect believed to have perpetrated the sexual assault incident on a female motorist on Wangari Maathai Road in Nairobi last Friday.
Recall, last week, News Central reported that the sexual assault suspect, Zachariah Nyaora Obadia, was declared wanted by security operatives.
He was eventually apprehended by detectives from Nairobi Area Operations at the Kenya-Tanzania border on Monday.
He was attempting to enter Tanzania, according to police, a week after an outraged harassment episode forced a nationwide crackdown on ‘boda boda’ operators.
The suspect is also alleged to have been identified on videotape of the sexual assault incident at his remote house by his wife and other relatives.
