Late Nigerian music icon Onyeka Onwenu will be laid to rest in Lagos on Friday following her demise on July 30 at the Reddington Hospital in Ikeja after collapsing at an event honouring Dr. Stella Okoli, the Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
As per the family’s provided burial arrangement, the funeral service will take place at the Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, and the burial will be held at a private vault in Ikoyi.
She is survived by two sons.
