Before Guinea-Bissau’s two-game qualifying series against Nigeria for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, head coach Baciro Cande released his 25-man squad.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will play their West African neighbors in the first leg of their encounter in ten days, as the AFCON qualification campaign continues.

Sori Mane, a defensive midfielder for Moreirense F.C., and Prosper Mendy, a left defender for the Kazakh club Kaisar who was born in France, were among the players the 55-year-old manager announced for the match.

So, it is predicted that the African Wild Dogs and José Peseiro’s side would face off on March 24 at Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

Nonetheless, on March 27, the Super Eagles will go to Guinea-Bissau to compete in a game at the Nacional 24 de Setembro Stadium.
