The All Africa Music Awards was held last night in Lagos and Wizkid was the biggest winner on the night! Bagging the ‘Song of the year’, ‘Best African Collaboration’ to ‘African artiste of the year’.
Other notable winners include Shanah Manjeru, a 13-year-old gospel singer who became the youngest recipient of an AFRIMA Award, with Kofi Olomide joining the list of Legendary Afrima Award holders who also includes Fela Kuti, Manu Dibango and more.

- Best Male Artist in Northern Africa – Dizzy Dros
- Best Male Artiste in Eastern Africa – Eddy Kenzo
- Best Female Artist Central Africa – Shan L
- Best Female Artist in East Africa – Nikita Kering
FireBoy who won the award of the Best Duo African HipHop alongside Cheque gave recognition to top artist Olamide during his speech for the immense support he gave to his music career.

AFRIMA 2021 was hosted by Eddie Kadi and Pearl Thusi and the duo had an epic tricycle entrance during DJ Tarico’s performance.
