The criminal trial against siblings Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande accused of the murders of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz Motsoane has been postponed.
The Ndimande brothers appeared in court in Manzini in eSwatini on Tuesday morning.
Following their arrest in the Mbabane three weeks ago, they were charged to court. The judge postponed the case to March 20. The lawyers representing the accused persons vehemently opposed the confiscation of the phones of the brothers standing trial.
Last week, prosecuting attorneys said they were still waiting for an extradition application, which could take between three to six months.
