American Rapper Charles Jones, also known as Julio Foolio, was killed in Tampa, Florida, on Sunday morning. The incident happened while Jones was celebrating his 26th birthday.
According to local news source “News 4 Jax,” the hip-hop artist was shot early on Sunday morning. Tampa Police Department said it received a 911 call at 4:40 a.m. reporting gunfire at a hotel.
One person died in the event, according to a press statement from Tampa Police Public Information Officer Jonee’ Lewis, and three further people are being treated for their injuries at an original hospital. The identity of the victim is believed to be Charles Jones, pending confirmation from the Medical Examiner’s Office.
