Gabon’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Nigeria’s Alex Iwobi and Egypt’s Mohamed Elneny will all be in Arsenal’s match-day squad for Wednesday’s UEFA Europa League final against Chelsea in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Arsenal will face off against Chelsea with the aim of ending their 24-year trophy drought on the European stage. Victory over their Premier League rivals in Azerbaijan will also guarantee the Gunners a place in the UEFA Champions League next season.

With 31 goals after 50 games this season, Gabon’s Aubameyang will be looking to stretch his dominance as the Gunners’ top marksman, scoring a hat-trick in the second leg of their semifinal against Valencia and 22 goals in the Premier League.

“I gave everything to try to be in the top four with the team and to get a trophy,” Aubameyang said recently.

“I am happy with my season, not the best but I am happy.”

Nigeria’s Iwobi and Egypt’s Elneny will hope to get some playing time before joining their countries to prepare for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Aubameyang will not be at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt next month after Gabon failed to qualify.

Iwobi’s Nigeria have been placed in Group B of the Africa Cup of Nations, and will play against Guinea, Burundi and Madagascar while Elneny’s Egypt, who are tournament hosts are in Group A and play against DR Congo, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
