Ayra Starr’s ‘Rush’ Crosses 100 Million Mark On YouTube

Mavin record’s Ayra Starr has just hit another milestone in her over four years music career. Sabi girl, as fondly called has crossed over 100 million views on YouTube for her hit record ‘Rush’. 

Born Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, the 20-year-old superstar has amassed a growing following and a loyal fan base all across the globe, especially with majority of her listeners coming from South Africa. 

‘Rush’ visuals debuted on YouTube only 5 months ago and was featured on Ayra Starr’s ‘19 & Dangerous’ deluxe album. The song charted in many territories like Switzerland, Ireland and The United Kingdom, where it peaked at Number 36.

Ayra becomes the Youngest African Female Artiste to surpass 100 Million views on a single video on YouTube and the only Nigerian Female Artist to have charted a solo song on UK Official Singles Chart. 

Ayra Starr is also getting heavy airplay for her latest single ‘Sability’, a record sampling Congolese sensation Awilo Longomba.
