Nigerian actor, Baba Ijesha will be arraigned at the Magistrate Court 1, Yaba, today Wednesday, June 16, by 9 am, for the first time since his arrest. See the video of the actor arriving at the Court in Lagos.
The veteran actor was arrested in April for allegedly defiling a 14-year-old foster daughter of actress/comedienne, Princess, and he faces life imprisonment if convicted for the defilement of a minor.
Reacting to News of his arraignment, some Nigerians prayed for his imprisonment, while others hoped that the case will be hastened and closed as soon as possible, regardless of how slow the Nigerian justice system can be. See some comments below:
