    BREAKING: NNPC Stake at Dangote Refinery Drops to 7.2% – Dangote

    Nigeria’s stake in Dangote Refinery has dropped to 7.2% from the initial 20%, the Chief Executive Officer of the refinery, Aliko Dangote, has revealed.

    Dangote stated that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation now owns only a 7.2% stake in the refinery.

    Dangote said this while briefing pressmen in Lagos State on Sunday.

    He said, “NNPC no longer owns a 20% stake in the Dangote refinery. They were met to pay their balance in June but have yet to fulfill the obligations. Now, they only own a 7.2% stake in the refinery.”
