President Bola Tinubu has summoned the minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo to the Presidential Villa in Abuja
The summon follows the controversy in the award of a consultancy contract by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs to the tune of N438 million, for the National Social Register to New New Planet Projects Ltd, a company linked to him.
The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu, was suspended from office by President Bola Tinubu on Monday for financial irregularities and mismanagement of public funds.
