He will discuss collaboration between the Central African Republic and Congo, both of which are members of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), with the president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo during his visit.

The visit of President Touadera coincides with that of President William Ruto of Kenya, who was welcomed in Oyo on Saturday afternoon by President Touadera.

The three presidents got together to talk about issues including climate change, security, and African growth. On Sunday, President Ruto and his group departed Oyo for Nairobi, Kenya.
