Leading data training and consultancy company Dataleum offers female football clubs a nine-million-naira scholarship program for sports analytics.

The Sports Data Analytics Scholarship, given by Dataleum to the champion and the first and second runners-up of the Under 15 Girls Inter-Secondary School Football Tournament organised by Lagos Tigers Academy and Kid Sport FC, was awarded to three teams.

Based on how well they played in the football game, where each team received scholarships worth three million naira, the best three teams were chosen.

The purpose of the scholarship is to improve the procedures each team uses in their training drills. Recipients of the scholarship will be introduced to the capabilities of data analytics and how they may be incorporated into the approach and implementation of sports.
