Dele Alli could make his Serie A debut on Sunday after being named in Como’s matchday squad for their clash against Roma.
The former England and Tottenham midfielder has been included in the 26-man squad as the ambitious Italian side looks to extend their gap from the relegation zone.
The 28-year-old was one of several winter signings made by Cesc Fabregas’ side as they aim to cement their top-flight status.
Currently sitting seven points above the drop zone, Como brought in reinforcements, including Dele, who joined on an 18-month contract with an option for a further year.

Dele has been working to revive his career since leaving Tottenham in January 2022 for Everton, where he struggled to make an impact.
He played just 13 games for the Toffees before being loaned out to Turkish club Besiktas. After returning from Turkey, he opened up about personal struggles, including mental health battles and childhood trauma.
At his peak, Dele was regarded as one of England’s brightest midfielders, thriving alongside Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen at Spurs.
He scored 67 goals over seven seasons and played a key role in Tottenham’s run to the 2019 Champions League final.
His return to top-flight football in Italy could offer him a fresh start, and Como fans will be eager to see if he can recapture the form that once made him one of Europe’s most exciting talents.
