President Felix Tshisekedi has appointed new ambassadors to the Republic of South Africa, Kenya and Russia as well as an Secretary General to the presidency
In a statement released on Tuesday, February 15 on the Congolese National Radio-Television (RTNC), the Head of State Félix Tshisekedi appointed three new extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors to some friendly countries to consolidate diplomatic relations.
These include Fidèle Mulaja, appointed DRC ambassador to South Africa, John Nyakeru, appointed DRC ambassador to Kenya and then Yvan Vangu, appointed DRC ambassador to Russia.
In addition to these appointments, the Head of State also issued an order appointing Jean-Jacques Luboya Tshishima as Secretary General to the Presidency of the Republic.
