APC leader Hon. Obidike Chukwuebuka said President Tinubu’s election would bring in policies promoting economic activities in West Africa, which would mean the Sub-Saharan states would benefit from the shared renewed hope of President Tinubu. The world is celebrating the election of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Chairman Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in Guinea-Bissau.

This was revealed on Wednesday in a statement from the APC Chieftain.

Recall that at the 63rd Ordinary Session of the grouping in Guinea Bissau, Tinubu was elected Chairman of ECOWAS.

In response to Tinubu’s rise, Obidike stated that it would help the micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the area and put West Africa on the right side of the global map.

President Tinubu’s leadership will go a long way toward assisting the economies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and facilitating the integration of regional economic activities.

Obidike described Tinubu as capable and experienced, with strong leadership skills that will aid in addressing the continent’s various challenges. He added that Tinubu’s administrative acumen would lead ECOWAS to economic development, political stability, desired peace, and economic prosperity in West Africa and Africa as a whole.

He expressed confidence that President Bola Tinubu will lead the subregion into glory.
