EFCC Declares Oil Executive Bolaji Henry Akinduro Wanted for Fraud

Bolaji Henry Akinduro wanted by the EFCC for Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared businessman Bolaji Henry Akinduro, an oil industry leader, wanted for alleged fraud.

This was announced in a statement issued by Dele Oyewale, the EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, on Friday.

The statement revealed that Akinduro is accused of obtaining money under false pretence and stealing by conversion.

Akinduro is the executive chairman of Total Grace Oil and Gas Investment Limited, a company that gained attention in 2021 when he claimed to have started his multi-million naira business with just N50,000. His company reportedly operates from its headquarters in Dubai, with five petrol stations across Nigeria.

The EFCC’s announcement read:

 “Akinduro, 51, is an indigene of Ondo State and his last known address is: 272, Patience Coker Street, Ajose Adeogun, Victoria Island, Lagos State.

“Anybody with useful information as to his whereabouts should please contact the Commission in its Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja offices or through 08093322644; its e-mail address:info@efcc.gov.ng or the nearest Police Station and other security agencies.”

The EFCC has urged anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the commission at any of its offices in cities such as Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, and Abuja, or to reach out via the provided phone number and email.

The agency also encouraged the public to report to the nearest police station or other security agencies if they have any relevant details.
