The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has filed a three count charge against one Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu popularly known as Cubana on Wednesday for abuse of the Naira.
He is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday, April 17 before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos.
Recall that the EFCC charged Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky for the same offence. He was sentenced to six months in prison without the option of fine.
The EFCC had told jounalists yesterday, that a few celebrities were under investigation and would be charged soon.
“We will not relent in its no-sacred-cow mode of operations, and the public should be wary of running afoul of laws against the crime.” the Commission said.
