Reports from the #EndBadGovernance protest in Borno State indicate that a protester was shot by members of the Nigerian Police Force.
News Central correspondent Umaru Kirawa, provided live coverage of the incident which occurred at the Bulunkutu Kasuwa area of the State.

In his response, Borno State Commissioner for Information and internal security, Professor Usman Tar said the government is not against protests, however it insists that it must be conducted peacefully, considering that the state is smattering from long years of insecurity.
