He spoke about his childhood in Zimbabwe and his bond with his father. The Cleric addressed issues on the position of Islam on football and the challenges surrounding the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
He was also questioned about his ideas on globalisation, fueling religious intolerance and the lessons he gleaned from the religious tolerance and peaceful coexistence among Sierra Leoneans. He went on to express his ideas on religion’s place in the world.
