Commemorated every year on Feb 20, World Day of Social Justice aims at tackling issues such as poverty, exclusion, gender inequality, unemployment, social protections, and human rights.
The growing divide in the world today has necessitated a greater call for a more inclusive and networked society. This year’s theme focuses on the recommendations of the common agenda to strengthen global solidarity and rebuild trust in government by overcoming barriers and unleashing opportunities for social justice.
