Manchester City have been drawn against Bournemouth in the FA Cup quarterfinals, setting up a challenging away fixture for Pep Guardiola’s side as they continue their pursuit of silverware this season.
Fulham, fresh from their penalty shoot-out victory over holders Manchester United, will host London rivals Crystal Palace.
Elsewhere, Aston Villa will travel to second-tier Preston, while Brighton will face the winners of Monday’s tie between Nottingham Forest and Ipswich.
The FA Cup remains City’s best chance of lifting a trophy this season after an inconsistent campaign. However, they will be wary of their trip to Bournemouth, where they suffered a 2-1 defeat in the Premier League earlier this season.
The Cherries, just four points behind City in the league, have shown they are capable of causing an upset.

With Premier League leaders Liverpool and title contenders Arsenal already eliminated, City are favourites to go all the way, but they must first overcome a resilient Bournemouth side.
FA Cup Quarterfinal Draw:
