French football star Paul Pogba has launched a charitable initiative to provide hot meals to displaced Palestinians in Gaza during the holy month of Ramadan.
Images shared on social media showed free meals being distributed in Gaza, with support from Pogba in collaboration with a charity.
“Hunger knows no boundaries, and kindness has no limits. Together, we can make a difference by feeding those in need. A simple meal can bring hope, warmth, and strength to someone struggling. Let’s share our blessings and ensure no one goes to bed hungry,” Pogba wrote on his official Instagram account.

The initiative has been widely praised on social media, with many applauding the Muslim footballer for his humanitarian efforts.
Pogba has consistently voiced support for the Palestinian cause, particularly during times of crisis.
In May 2021, while playing for Manchester United, he expressed solidarity with the residents of Sheikh Jarrah in occupied Jerusalem over Israeli efforts to forcibly displace them.
At the time, he shared a photo on Instagram with the caption, “The world needs peace and love; today is Eid, pray for Palestine.”
