From a lake high in Madagascar, Africa’s own caviar

Renowned for its unique wildlife and its vanilla production, the island of Madagascar now has a new claim to fame – it’s the source of the first and only African caviar. Despite challenges, the business’ owners of this unlikely project are determined that luxury foods can play a part in improving the local economy.
