Green Africa has temporarily suspended its flight operations due to an unforeseen dispute with its aircraft leasing partner.
Despite efforts to mitigate the impact, the airline acknowledged that all flights would remain grounded until after the Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
In a statement released on Monday, Green Africa apologised for the disruption and reassured passengers that it was working diligently to resolve the matter and resume operations as soon as possible.

“We sincerely apologise to our valued customers who will be impacted by this disruption,” the airline said. “Please rest assured that we are actively working towards ensuring that we are able to resume operations in very short order.”
Although the airline did not give specific details about the issue with its lessor, it guaranteed its commitment to customer service and transparency.
Green Africa notified affected passengers to get more information through its official communication channels.
