Around a hospital north of the capital, Khartoum, the opposing Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have been targeted by the Sudanese army.
The building was severely damaged by the air strikes, according to video footage. RSF members raided and robbed the Somalia embassy in Khartoum during the course of one night.
There have been claims of assaults on civilians, including rapes, and they have taken control of several homes in the city.
The RSF’s leader, Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, also known as Hemedti, vowed to continue fighting in a voice message.
According to him, General al-Burhan, the head of the Sudanese military, would be apprehended, given a fair trial, and then hanged in a public place.
