Ife Salako, the Spokesperson of Labour Party, Lagos has revealed how ethnic incitement affected the 2023 General election especially in Lagos.
Salako revealed this while appearing on News Central TV morning Show tagged Breakfast Central.
Salako said ” Ethnic incitement played a major role in 2023 General election especially Lagos.”
“We saw how some people threatened the Igbos and the Police Commissioner said it was just a joke. We saw what happened next, how they carried out their threat and up till today they are walking freely,” He said.
He added that the country cannot move forward if we continue to let ethnicity be our determinant.
