Another Nollywood actor, Yusuf Olorungbebe, is dead. The Yoruba actor died after a long battle with a chronic ailment.
The news of his death was announced by his colleague, Foluke Daramola on Instagram.
”We lost YUSUF OLORUNGBEBE. We submit to God’s will. Thank you everyone!” She wrote.
His death comes two days after actress Sharon Okpamen died from complications after childbirth.
Olorungbegbe was critically ill for months. He solicited financial support from Nigerians, the government and his colleagues as he reportedly needed an undisclosed amount of money to recover.
Just four days ago, Daramola called on Nigerians for financial support to aid the late veteran’s recovery.
“I’m here again to plea on behalf of my very esteemed colleague and production manager, Mr Yusuf Olorungbebe, this is his state as of today presently on life support. Please no amount is too small for him to live, your support will go a very long way in helping us thanks so much everyone,” she wrote.
