Hollywood has been saddened by the passing of American actor Lance Reddick over the weekend. Several condolence messages have since poured online including that of his John Wick co-star Keanu Reeves.
Following his shocking death at age 60 from natural causes, John Wick director Chad Stahelski and Keanu reeves released a statement
“We are deeply saddened and heartbroken at the loss of our beloved friend and colleague Lance Reddick, He was the consummate professional and a joy to work with. Our love and prayers are with his wife Stephanie, his children, family and friends. We dedicate the film to his loving memory. We will miss him dearly.”
Reddick was a big part of the John Wick million-dollar franchise. He starred as Continental Hotel concierge Charon in all its films, including the fourth installment, John Wick: Chapter 4, set for its release on March 24.
Reddick’s rich acting catalog includes roles on TV shows The Wire, Oz, LOST, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, American Horror Story, Resident Evil and the upcoming Disney+ Percy Jackson and the Olympians series set for release next year.
