The Catholic priest of Idom, Reverend Father Abraham has been kidnapped in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State,
Northwest Nigeria.
News Central was reliably informed that the priest was whisked away to an unknown destination, from his hometown in Kurmin Sara in the early hours of Tuesday.
Confirming the incident, Kaduna State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Reverend Joseph Hayeb stated:
“It is a sad situation because he is the priest of Idom but was picked at his village Kurmin Sara in Kachia LGA. It’s a very sad situation because many things are happening in the state unreported,” he said.
He said a lot needs to be done to secure the residents from criminal elements of terror across the state.
