United States country singer, Kris Kristofferson is dead. The iconic musician died on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at age 88.

Kristofferson’s family announced his passing in a statement on Sunday: “It is with heavy heart that we share the news of our husband, father, and grandfather, Kris Kristofferson, who passed away peacefully on Saturday at home.
“We are all so blessed for our time with him. Thank you for loving him all these years, and when you see a rainbow, know he’s smiling down at us all.”
