Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi has beaten the APC Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos, his home state.
With the results declared, Obi polled 582,664 while Tinubu scored 541,850.
From the 20 local governments declaed, Tinubu won in 11 LGAs while Obi won in nine local governments.
Tinubu won in Ikorodu, Lagos Island, Agege, Apapa, Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos Mainland, Surulere, Badagry, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki and Mushin.
While Obi won Ojo, Kosofe, Oshodi-Isolo, Eti-Osa, Amuwo Odofin, Ikeja, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Alimosho, and Somolu.
Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party,Atiku Abubakar came third.
Details of the final results will soon be released by the State Returning Officer, Professor Adenike Oladiji.
