He applauded the administration led by Senator Douye Diri for its efforts to support and encourage small- and medium-sized business owners.

He claimed that small and medium-sized businesses are directly responsible for the expansion of the global economy, thus support from all levels of government is now required.

When it comes to fostering the expansion of SMEs nationwide, Bayelsa State has emerged as a model for other states in the nation.

According to data from the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics (NBS), which determined that Bayelsa had the lowest crime rate countrywide, this development will serve as a spur for economic growth, according to Professor Jankee.

Economy cannot grow in a crisis environment, but Bayelsa’s current tranquility will stimulate both local and foreign investors.

Therefore, he urged small and medium-sized business owners to take advantage of the chance given by the government to expand their enterprises.

In his speech, Senator Diri, the governor of Bayelsa State, invited both domestic and foreign investors to tap into the state’s economic potentials. Senator Diri was represented byAlagoa, the commissioner for agriculture.

He underlined the administration’s willingness to work with both domestic and international investors to promote their companies.

He claims that Bayelsa has the longest coastline in Africa and the greenest agriculture-friendly nature.

An analysis of the state’s soil reveals that it is the best for growing rice and other arable crops. The amount of rice produced in Bayelsa state is sufficient to feed all of Africa.

According to data made public and made available by the Bureau of Statistics, Bayelsa has been deemed one of the safest states in the nation in terms of security.
